SLU-PP-332 user experiences: what users themselves report

Users’ own accounts, not research. The accounts are self-selected and prove neither that it works nor that it is safe.

Where the accounts come from and how we read them

Sources: the Reddit forums r/SLUPP332 (48 accounts), r/Biohackers (17), r/Peptides (12), r/SLU_PP_332 (3), r/Nootropics (2) and r/Retatrutide (1), 1 Nov 2024 to 29 Sep 2026. The posts were retrieved from a public Reddit archive. From first-person posts about SLU-PP-332, 300 were picked at random, and every one was read.

Coding: for each account we recorded the route, reported benefits and harms, how strong a harm was, whether and why the person stopped, length of use and other substances used at the same time. We kept accounts that reported some effect, some harm, or no effect. Questions and plans were left out. A harm was recorded when the person reported it during use, even if the cause was uncertain. Several posts by one person count as one person. One person can mention several things, so the shares in the tables do not add up to 100.

Check: an AI model read and classified the posts following written instructions. A second, separate AI run classified a random tenth (30 posts) again without seeing the first classification. The main fields matched: 30/30 (100%). 10 posts looked like marketing and are not in the figures.

Whose accounts these are: routes mentioned: by mouth 29, injection 4; the others did not say. The figures describe the writers and are not a recommendation. The products were not verified, so we do not know what people actually took.

Other substances at the same time

27 of 72 people (38%) used other substances at the same time. The most common: retatrutide (16), 5-Amino-1MQ (5), BPC-157 (5), MOTS-c (5), TB-500 (5) and one more equally common. Then the account cannot tell which substance had the effect.

Taken by mouth, though researchers say it is not absorbed

Most of those who stated the route (29 of 33) took SLU-PP-332 by mouth, for example as capsules, tablets or a liquid. In the mouse studies it was injected, because according to the researchers it is not absorbed by mouth: SLU-PP-332: what the research shows. Effects reported from a product taken by mouth may therefore come from other substances used at the same time, from placebo or from what the product really contained.

The sample also had trial stories that looked like marketing, with a seller's product named again and again. 10 such accounts were left out of the figures. 48 of 83 accounts came from the substance's own forum r/SLUPP332.

About dosing

We do not repeat the amounts or ways of use people mention, and we give no dosing or how-to instructions. A safe dose is not known. Doses used in studies, with sources: SLU-PP-332 dosage in studies. Legal status: Is SLU-PP-332 legal in Finland?

What can be concluded?

Fat loss, energy and endurance were the most common reported benefits, and fatigue, feeling hot or sweating, and heart rate or blood pressure the most common harms. The substance has not been studied in humans, researchers say it is not absorbed by mouth, and many used a weight-loss drug at the same time, so the fat loss cannot be attributed to SLU-PP-332.

The accounts prove neither that it works nor that it is safe. The writers are self-selected, the product contents are unknown, many used several substances at once, and placebo effects can be large. The research and its evidence levels: SLU-PP-332: what the research shows.
